I received the product yesterday. It was charged and worked perfectly. However, it ran out of power and now it won't charge. The battery indicator remains at 0%. I've already tried other outlets and chargers.

Very nice power bank, it doesn't heat up, its actual capacity is satisfactory, enough for a whole day of intensive phone use.
I highly recommend it for charging watches, phones, and headphones, but only wirelessly for Apple devices; the rest can be charged using the included cable. The magnet holds firmly.
A convenient power bank, but my phone with a 5200mAh battery charges from 20% to 100% only once and the power bank shows 0%. Therefore, I think there is no 10000mAh here. It's very unfortunate because I really liked the power bank itself.
Arrived one and a half months ahead of schedule. Everything works. The widget displays on the iPhone indicating the power bank's charge. I recommend the product and the store.
